I am interested in conducting research on the correlation between climate change and helminth infection, particularly in livestock. I work at Industrial Biotechnology Group which has talented team on animal biotechnology . With my biotechnological expertise in protein production, I plan to utilize immunological and transduction techniques, recombinant and transduction technology to identify antigenic part of helminths.

I work at TUBITAK-Marmara Research Center, Industrial Biotechnology Group, which falls under the Vice President of Life Sciences. We have Molecular Biological Facilities as well as small experimental animal laboratory. In the meantime, we can colloborate with agricultural research centers for collecting helminth samples and screen drugs or biotechnological molecules for their effectiveness inlivestock.
